Planet Earth

If the truth be known I don't watch a lot of television these days as it is mostly hundreds of channels packed with bugger all to watch. I do watch the occasional film or TV comedy series on DVD but the one thing I do watch on TV religiously is the excellent Planet Earth by the BBC now into it's second series.
There has never been a show like this before on TV as it has the most amazing footage of wildlife and filming techniques never seen before and the show continues to surpass itself in excellence every week. Last nights episode, shallow seas, was TV gold.

If you are in the UK you have no excuse for not watching it but for the rest of you point your bittorrent client this way.

Look-in Picture Strip Archive. If you were a child of the seventies or eighties growing up in the UK and watching such exciting ITV television series like Timeslip, The Tomorrow People, The Six Million Dollar Man, Charlie's Angels, Space:1999, The A-Team and Robin of Sherwood, to name but a few, you may have also been a regular reader of the children's magazine Look-in. If you were, this is the website for you!
